Our service and maintenance plan is designed to protect performance, safety and reliability. An M J Wallace engineer will visit annually to carry out a comprehensive series of safety, performance and integrity checks on your electric vehicle charging station(s).
Our preventative service and maintenance plan is designed to support the ongoing safe and reliable operation of your EV charging infrastructure. An M J Wallace engineer will attend once every 12 months to complete a comprehensive programme of safety, performance and integrity testing.
This annual maintenance visit ensures your EV charging station(s) continue to perform in accordance with their design specifications and current operational standards.

For 1 EV charger

Includes a scheduled bi-annual maintenance visit, full safety and performance checks, remote monitoring, firmware status review (where applicable), and a written service report with findings and recommendations.
SmartCare EV Duo
For 2 EV chargers

Includes a scheduled annual site visit, all SmartCare EV Solo benefits, with servicing for both chargers during the same visit and combined reporting.
SmartCare EV Multi
For 3–5 EV chargers

Ideal for shared or commercial environments. Includes an annual site visit with full servicing of all chargers, consolidated service reporting, and support for higher-usage installations.
SmartCare EV Multi+
For 6 or more EV chargers

Designed for larger commercial or multi-asset sites. Includes an annual site visit, full servicing of all chargers, consolidated service reporting, and support tailored to site layout, usage requirements and operational complexity. Pricing is based on the number of chargers and site configuration.
