We recently had air conditioning units fitted by MJ Wallace. Our dealings with the company were first class from start to finish. Mike was really helpful, patiently answering all my questions and responding quickly to all emails. The lads (Alex, Key and Ollie) who fitted the units working tirelessly and diligently. Mike recently completed an installation for one of our customers and did an excellent job from start to finish. The feedback from the customer was extremely positive, and from our side Mike was professional, knowledgeable and straightforward to work with throughout. Outstanding service from M J Wallace Limited. Having gone through a solar panel installation once before with another company, the level of professionalism and efficiency here was far superior. They supplied and fitted 12 solar panels, a Fox Cloud battery and inverter, and a Hypervolt car charger. Of the 3 different solar companies we contacted for a quote, Mike was the only person who actually came out to look at the job properly and took the time to understand exactly what we wanted rather than just sending over a generic quote. He gave us a design built around our needs and took the time to explain everything so we actually understood what we were getting and why. We ended up booking a complete solar installation with battery storage, full backup capabilities and an EV charger. We couldn’t be happier with the finished installation. From the initial visit right through to completion, it was clear that Mike and the team really know what they’re talking about. Everything was explained properly, our requirements were listened to, and the quality of the finished job is excellent. We honestly couldn’t recommend M J Wallace highly enough. Extremely pleased with the service provided by MJ Wallace for the installation of 14 AIKO solar panels and a Sigenergy 12kWh battery storage system at our property. Mike took the time to come out to the property, talk us through the options, understand our needs and recommend a system that was right for us. We never felt pressured into choosing a particular solution, and everything was explained clearly throughout the process. The workmanship was of a very high standard, with great attention to detail and a really neat, well-finished installation. The pricing for our system was competitive and represented excellent value for the quality of work that Mike and his team provided. The team were also exceptionally clean and respectful of the property, taking care throughout the installation and leaving everything tidy and well organised once the work was completed. They were reliable, punctual and kept us informed throughout, which made the whole process straightforward and stress-free.
